Mr. Hall: Gavin is more like a Yanomamo peach palm rack. Yanomamo men will climb to the top of a really tall tree to harvest fruit using a rickety contraption cobbled together from sticks and vines. Like a peach palm rack, Gavin is creative, enterprising, and gets the job done with whatever he has on hand.
Mrs. Barnes: Gavin is very bright and funny- he sees the nuances of texts easily and is a leader in class discussions. It's always so amazing to see him perform at Prism!
Mrs. Infanzon: He’s talented musically, has good insight in discussions in class, and is a good writer.
