The Rotary Club of Orchid Island is pleased to announce that its November 2019 Student of the Month is Madison Uhle of Sebastian River High School.

Madison is the daughter of Cary and Melinda Uhle.  She has a weighted Grade Point Average of 4.583. Her favorite subject is Science.

Her School Leadership positions include: Head Captain of the nationally recognized Color Guard Program and Executive Leadership in the Sebastian River High School band.

She has also held positions as the National Honor Society-Secretary, SAAD Treasurer and is currently the Senior Class Representative.

As her Community and Service project, Madison currently organizes and oversees the Color Guard 101 Club at Sebastian River Middle School.

The people who have influenced her the most at this point are her parents, her IB teachers and her Color Guard Directors.

She hopes to pursue an education and a career in the medical field.

She plans to attend the University of Florida in the Fall.
