2020-2021 Testing Information

SRHS will be administering the Algebra I EOC re-take as well as the Geometry, Biology, and US History EOCs the weeks of December 7th (Biology and US History) and 14th (Algebra I and Geometry).

Any 12th grade student who has not met the math graduation requirement will be scheduled to take the Algebra I EOC on Dec. 14 and 15. Those students will have the opportunity to take the PERT test prior to the EOC. The PERT will be administered on Friday, Dec. 11, to any senior who attends the PERT Prep sessions on Dec. 3rd and 9th after school from 2:10-4 p.m. in Room M-108. An additional, optional, prep session will be offered Dec. 10th but the Dec. 3rd and 9th are required in order to take the PERT.

Any other student, grades 9-12, that would like to take the Algebra I, Geometry, Biology, and/or US History EOCs, can sign up through the link at the bottom of this page. The student must have previously taken and completed the course attached to the EOC. Students currently in the course cannot take the EOC until completed. Please note that students who want a Scholar’s designation on their diploma must have a passing US History and Biology EOC score. Passing scores on the Geometry, US History, and Biology EOCs are not required for graduation.

On January 27th, we will be administering the PSAT/NMSQT test during the school day to sophomores who were not in Option 1 for the October administration.

Testing during this time is OPTIONAL for all eligible students. If you feel your student is not prepared to take the assessment, or do not feel comfortable having your student test at this time due to COVID-19 concerns, especially parents of Option 2 and 3 students but also Option 1 students, we understand. Please know that there will be additional opportunities during second semester and in the summer for your student to take the assessments.  All testing must be done on campus during the school day and masks will be required of all students at all times during testing.

If your student is an Option 2 or Option 3 student and comes to campus for testing they will need to sign in and out through the front office.
